For the local bank, Mindcraft has saved substantial time and resources by identifying self-curing customers. Self-curing customers are customers who may have missed a payment, but they are more likely to cure themselves by paying back instead of continuing to default and becoming an NPL. By identifying self-curing customers, debt collection resources can be better utilised by being channeled towards non-self-curing ones.
